    Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 204

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 11, strike "ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT" and insert in lieu thereof "BOARD OF REGENTS OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY". 

     2. On page 1, lines 18 and 19, strike "economic development department" and insert in lieu thereof "board of regents of New Mexico state university".

     3. On page 1, line 19, after "to" insert "have the New Mexico department of agriculture".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
