HOUSE BILL 201

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 25, before the period, insert "; or, if the student is enrolled for less than one-half of the minimum course requirements, the student may participate in the statewide cyber academy by paying not more than thirty-five percent of the current unit value per curricular unit".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
