    Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 183

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, strike "; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

     2. On page 2, lines 5 through 7, strike Paragraph (3) in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:

                "(3) representing a party in a judicial proceeding, including arbitration or court-ordered mediation; or".

     3. On page 8, lines 15 through 22, strike Section 4 in its entirety.

     4. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
