    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 130

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike “Three million

 dollars ($3,000,000)”, and insert in lieu thereof “One million dollars ($1,000,000)”.

    2. On page 1, line 19 after “in” insert “each of the”, strike “though” and insert in lieu thereof “,2009 and” strike “bachelor’s”, and insert in lieu thereof “bachelor”.

    3. On page 1, line 20 , stike “master’s” and insert in lieu thereof “master”.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
