has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 117

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 13, strike “APPROPRIATE”.

     2. On page 1, line 25, strike “appropriate”.

    3. On page 2, line 1, after “supplies” insert “as defined by the taxation & revenue department.,

and thence referred to the TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE.
