has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 21, after "trips" insert "pursuant to Section 66-7-413 NMSA 1978".

     2. On page 2, line 6, strike "state police" and insert in lieu thereof "private".

     3. On page 2, strike lines 17 through 21 in their entirety.

     4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

     5. On page 3, strike lines 4 through 6 in their entirety.

     6. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
