    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 14

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, remove the brackets and the line through "sum of four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000)".

    2. On page 2, line 8, strike "following sums".

    3. On page 2, line 11, strike the colon.

    4. On page 2, strike lines 15 through 21 and strike line 22 up to the period.

    5. On page 2, line 25, strike "the following" and insert in lieu thereof "seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000).".

    6. On page 3, strike lines 1 through 9 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
