HOUSE BILL 14

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1. On page 1, line 25, strike "three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to each legally described real property".

     2. On page 2, line 1, before "property" insert "that legally described real".

     3. On page 2, lines 3 and 4, strike "three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000)".

     4. On page 2, lines 6 and 7, strike "four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000)".

     5. On page 2, line 8, before "property" insert "real".

     6. On page 2, line 18, through page 3, line 2, strike Subsection C in its entirety.

     7. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
