    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 9

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 5, strike "Dominici" and insert in lieu thereof "Domenici".

    2. On page 4, line 22, after "that" strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 23 through 25 and on page 5, strike line 1 and insert in lieu thereof:

"the agreement between the parties shall provide that, if the state-owned property is not appraised at the same value as the private property, the difference between the value of the parcels to be exchanged shall be paid from the owner of the property with a lower value to the owner of the property with the higher value; and".,

and thence referred to the CONSERVATION COMMITTEE.
