HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION 1

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "BOTH HOUSES OF THE LEGISLATURE" and insert in lieu thereof "THE SENATE".

    2. On page 2, line 7, after "by" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 8 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "the senate".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
