SENATE JOINT MEMORIAL 65

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1.  On page 2, line 25, strike "a copy" and insert in lieu

thereof "copies".

    2.  On page 3, line 1, before the period insert ", the

secretary of environment, the secretary of energy, minerals and

natural resources and to the heads of other state agencies that

have regulatory responsibility".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
