Synopsis of Bill

Senate Bill 629 appropriates $15 thousand from the general fund to the public education depart-

ment for the fiesta educative parent conference and ouch reach activities in the Gadsden Inde-

pendent School district.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

The appropriation of $15 million contained in this bill is a nonrecurring expense to the general

fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall

revert to the general fund.
