Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 376 proposes to amend section 4-44-4 NMSA 1978 to direct counties to increase
salaries for: the County Commissioners; Treasurers; Assessors; Sheriffs; County Clerks; Probate
Judges; and County Surveyors.
The effective date is January 1, 2007.
