SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
SB276 appropriates $500.0 from the general fund for expenditure in fiscal year 2007 to the New
Mexico State University to establish a tourism extension program in the School of Hotel, Restau-
rant and Tourism Management.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $500,000 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert
to the general fund.
