Synopsis of Bill
Senate Bill 14 appropriates $3 million from the general fund to DOH for the purpose of develop-
ing and implementing assertive community treatment teams to provide comprehensive, commu-
nity-based psychiatric treatment, rehabilitation and support to persons with mental illness in
southern New Mexico.
