if they are used for other purposes.

Adobe PDF versions include all attachments, whereas HTML versions may not. Previously issued FIRs and

House Memorial 55 requests that the New Mexico Municipal League, in conjunction with the

city of Las Vegas, prepare a report and action plan to stabilize the cost of natural gas utility ser-

vices for residents of small municipalities. The report should be presented to the appropriate in-

terim committee by October 2006.
