House Bill 866 appropriates general fund to the DCA for the Fort Stanton development commis-
sion.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
House Bill 866 appropriates $125.0 from the general fund and is recurring. Any unexpended or
unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert to the general fund.
ADMINISTRATIVE IMPLICATIONS
If enacted, the DCA would administer the funds and distribute based on proper procurement pro-
cedures.
