Synopsis of Bill

House Bill 805 appropriates $15 thousand from the general fund to Tourism Department to plan,

operate and conduct a law enforcement convention in June 2006 in Santa Fe. The bill declares

an emergency.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS

The appropriation of $15 thousand contained in this bill is a non-recurring expense to the general

fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall

revert to the general fund.
