SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 604 appropriates $50,000 from the General Fund to the Ninth Judicial District Attor-
ney’s Office for expenditure in FY 2007 to fund the Newman Project – a safety program for sen-
ior citizens.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the General Fund. .
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY 2007 shall revert to the
General Fund.
