House Bill 442 appropriates $160.0 from the general fund to DCA to develop educational pro-
grams and fund a symposium for the Bosque Redondo Memorial.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
House Bill 442 appropriates $160.0 from the general fund and is recurring. Any unexpended or
unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert.
SIGNIFICANT ISSUES
The appropriation included in this bill is not funded in the House Appropriations and Finance
Committee substitute for House Bill 2.
PERFORMANCE IMPLICATIONS
The DCA would monitor the development of educational programs for the Bosque Redondo
Memorial.
