SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
The House Bill 376 appropriates fifty thousand dollars ($50.0) to CYFD for expenditure in 2007
to establish a technical assistance resource center to support the disproportionate minority con-
tact task force. The disproportionate minority contact task force is supervised by the juvenile
justice advisory committee (JJAC). The technical assistance resource center shall involve the
