SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 120 appropriates $250 thousand from the general fund to the Local Government Divi-
sion of the Department of Finance and Administration to support a neutral corner program that
provides a neutral visitation and transfer area for children of divorced and separated parents in
Bernalillo County.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $250.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any
unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY07 would revert to the general
fund.
SIGNIFICANT ISSUES
No significant issues were identified with regard to this bill.
