Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 97 appropriates $90,000 from the general fund to the Cultural Affairs Department for
the State Monuments Division for one full-time-equivalent position each at the Coronado State
Monument and the Jemez State Monument for stabilization and other maintenance work.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $90,000 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund.
Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2007 shall revert
to the general fund.
