fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for construction and improvements, including drainage, to

Sunset Gardens road from Atrisco drive east to the Arenal ditch, including sections of this

street both inside and outside the city of Albuquerque, in Bernalillo county

RIO GRANDE PEDESTRIAN OBSERVATION PLATFORM

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct the Rio Grande pedestrian

observation platform on Central avenue bridge in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR., MEMORIAL-ALBUQUERQUE

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a Dr. Martin

Luther King, Jr., memorial in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

to the public education department

SOUTHWEST PRIM LEARNING CTR ED TECH PURCHASE

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and install educational technology, including

related equipment and furniture, at Southwest primary learning center charter school in the

Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county
