four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for water system improvements, including the

purchase, construction and installation of a water tank, in Wagon Mound in Mora county

WAGON MOUND WWATER/IRRIGATION SYSTEM IMPROVE

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for improvements to the wastewater and irrigation

systems in Wagon Mound in Mora county
