ALBUQUERQUE NEIGHBORHOOD REVITALIZATION

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for the university of New Mexico's design and planning

assistance center to plan and design the revitalization of neighborhoods throughout

Albuquerque, provided that the university's overhead for the project be limited to ten percent
