one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including purchase and installation of bleachers and lights, for the east side little league in

Roswell in Chaves county

ROSWELL BOYS' & GIRLS' CLUB VANS

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and equip vans for use by the boys' and

girls' club in Roswell in Chaves county
