I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

BELEN PUBLIC LIBRARY CONSTRUCT-SANCHEZ, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the department of transportation for the

project in Subsection 56 of Section 20 of Chapter 347 of Laws 2005 for improvements to the

Belen interchange at interstate 25 and exit 195 in Valencia county shall not be expended for

the original purpose but is appropriated to the local government division to plan, design,

construct, equip and furnish a public library in Belen in Valencia county.
