I request that the following be funded:

to the cultural affairs department

NATIONAL HISPANIC CULTURAL CTR EDUCATION BLDG

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct an educational center building

for the national Hispanic cultural center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ALBUQUERQUE NATIONAL ATOMIC MUSEUM ROAD & PARKING

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to plan, design and construct an entrance road and

parking area for the national atomic museum in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county
