I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

CAPITAN MSD FAMILY & CONSUMER SCI PRGRM, RET

The public education department project in Subsection 12 of Section 136 of Chapter 126 of

Laws 2004 for improvements for the family and consumer science program in the Capitan

municipal school district in Lincoln county may also be expended to plan, design, construct

and equip laboratory facilities for that program in that school district.
