thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) to engineer and design a water system for the San

Rafael water and sanitation district in Cibola county

to the office of the state engineer

SAN RAFAEL WSD WATER RIGHTS PURCHASE

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase water rights for the San Rafael water

and sanitation district in Cibola county
