I request that the following be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

DONA ANA CO RIO GRANDE WETLAND HABITAT & PARK

thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000) to plan, design and construct a wetland habitat and

nature park on the Rio Grande near Mesilla in Dona Ana county

to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

LAS CRUCES PHOTOVOLTAIC EQUIP

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and install photovoltaic equipment in Las Cruces

in Dona Ana county
