three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) to design, construct, equip and

furnish improvements and an expansion to the football complex at New Mexico state

university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county

NMSU PAN AMERICAN CENTER RENOVATE

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to construct, equip, furnish and

renovate improvements to the Pan American center at New Mexico state university in Las

Cruces in Dona Ana county
