to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

BELEN MLTPRPS CMTY CENTER

two million four hundred thousand dollars ($2,400,000) to construct improvements,

including a gymnasium, exercise rooms and courts, to the multipurpose community center in

Belen in Valencia county

BELEN PUBLIC LIBRARY RENOVATE

one million one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,150,000) to renovate the public library,

including construction of an addition and restrooms, in Belen in Valencia county
