I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

HATCH PUBLIC SAFETY BLDG-2004, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

99 of Section 117 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for the judicial complex in Hatch shall not be

expended for the original purpose but is changed to develop the site for and construct, equip

and furnish a public safety building in Hatch in Dona Ana county.
