I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

SAN JUAN CHP MULTIPURPOSE BLDG FURN AND EQUIP, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the aging and long-term services department

in Subsection 190 of Section 23 of Chapter 347 of Laws 2005 for purchase of a van for the

San Juan chapter senior center shall not be expended for the original purpose but is

appropriated to the Indian affairs department to furnish and equip the San Juan chapter

multipurpose building.
