one million dollars ($1,000,000) to design, engineer and construct roadway and streetscape

improvements in the vicinity of Twelfth street and Menaul boulevard NW, including

roundabouts, roadway medians, sidewalks, bicycle paths and landscaping, in Albuquerque in

Bernalillo county
