I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

CLOUDCROFT MSD ATHLETIC FACILITIES IMPROVE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the public education department in

Subsection 85 of Section 136 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to replace the roof on the

Cloudcroft elementary and middle school in the Carlsbad municipal school district in Otero

county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed for improvements to

athletic facilities in that school district.
