four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct a lighted parking lot

at Watson stadium in the Hobbs municipal school district in Lea county

to the public education department

HOBBS MSD HVAC IMPROVEMENTS

seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system for the Tasker arena complex in the

Hobbs municipal school district in Lea county

HOBBS MSD JOINT-USE MULTIPURPOSE FCLTY CONSTRUCT

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a joint-

use multipurpose facility in the Hobbs municipal school district in Lea county
