two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

streets in De Baca county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

DE BACA CO FAIRGROUNDS IMPROVE

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements to the fairground facilities and grounds in

De Baca county
