two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design and construct a therapy pool at the

McKibben senior center in Lovington in Lea county

to the department of environment

LOVINGTON WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including replacement of pumps and related equipment, to the water distribution system in

Lovington in Lea county

LOVINGTON WATER WELLS DRILL

two hundred forty thousand dollars ($240,000) to drill and construct water wells in

Lovington in Lea county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

LOVINGTON AMBULANCES PURCHASE

one hundred ninety-eight thousand dollars ($198,000) to purchase and equip ambulances for

Lovington in Lea county

LOVINGTON EMS COMMUNICATIONS UPGRADE

two hundred one thousand dollars ($201,000) to upgrade the emergency services

communications system in Lovington in Lea county
