I request that the following be funded:

to the department of environment

HURLEY WASTEWATER SYSTEM CONSTRUCT

three million five hundred thousand dollars ($3,500,000) to plan, design, construct and equip

a wastewater system in Hurley in Grant county

to the department of transportation

•

HURLEY SIDEWALK AND DRAINAGE IMPROVE

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design and construct improvements, including

paving, drainage and sidewalks, on Cortez avenue and E street in Hurley in Grant county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

•

HURLEY MUNICIPAL BUILDING CONSTRUCT

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct a municipal building

in Hurley in Grant county

HURLEY PUBLIC BUILDINGS IMPROVE/EQUIP/FURNISH

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design and construct improvements,

including the purchase of equipment and furniture, for the administrative facility, city hall,

police department and maintenance department in Hurley in Grant county

to the office of the state engineer

HURLEY WATER RIGHTS PURCHASE

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to purchase water rights for Hurley in Grant county
