four million one hundred fifty-three thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,153,800) to renovate

and restore the Elephant Butte historic district buildings and facilities, including the dam site,

Hospital canyon and the Paseo del Rio historical areas, in Elephant Butte in Sierra county
