eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to plan, design and construct utility and street

improvements to the Goodwin area in Hobbs in Lea county

HOBBS NORTHERN AREA UTILITY/RD IMPROVE-NAVAJO AREA

two million five hundred thousand dollars ($2,500,000) to acquire rights of way for and to

plan, design and construct utility and roadway improvements and extensions in the northern

Navajo area of Hobbs in Lea county

WEST BENDER CORRIDOR UTILITY/RDWAY IMPROVE

four million two hundred seventy thousand dollars ($4,270,000) to acquire rights of way for

and to plan, design and construct utility and roadway improvements in the west Bender

corridor in Hobbs in Lea county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

HOBBS ANIMAL SHELTER CONSTRUCT

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a new

animal shelter in Hobbs in Lea county

HOBBS MOTOR VEHICLE DIVISION OFC BLDG

eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) to plan, design and construct or renovate a motor

vehicle division office building in Hobbs in Lea county
