Toltec scenic railroad in Rio Arriba county

CUMBRES & TOLTEC RR TRACK IMPROVE

one million three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,350,000) to rebuild and upgrade the

track and railbed for the Cumbres and Toltec scenic railroad in Rio Arriba county
