one million four hundred thousand dollars ($1,400,000) to plan, design and construct

improvements to Elks drive in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

LAS CRUCES CITY TRANSIT SHELTERS CONSTRUCT

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct shelters, including acquisition

of rights of way and purchase and installation, for the city transit system in Las Cruces in

Dona Ana county

LAS CRUCES TRAFFIC SYSTEM UPGRADE

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct traffic system

upgrades, including purchase and installation of equipment, in Las Cruces in Dona Ana

county

LOHMAN AVE MEDIAN LANDSCAPE

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct landscaping

improvements to the median on Lohman avenue in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county
