to the capital program fund

LAS CRUCES STATE POLICE BUILDING CONSTRUCT
three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct a building for the
New Mexico state police in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county
to the department of environment

MESQUITE MDWC/MSWA WATER SYS IMPROVE
four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design, construct and equip water system
improvements, including replacement and extension of water lines, for the Mesquite mutual
domestic water consumers and mutual sewage works association in Dona Ana county
to the department of transportation

ANTHONY HIGHWAY LANDSCAPING
two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct landscaping
improvements for state highways in Anthony in Dona Ana county

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install equipment for the Mesquite
volunteer fire department in Dona Ana county
TALAVERA FIRE STATION
one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for construction and expansion of the Talavera fire
station in Talavera in Dona Ana county
ANTHONY BERINO BUSINESS PARK
five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct the Anthony Berino
business park in Anthony in Dona Ana county
BERINO PARK PLAYGROUND CONSTRUCT
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct a playground at Berino park in
Dona Ana county
DOLORES WRIGHT MEMORIAL PARK IMPROVE
eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to plan, design, construct and equip improvements,
including soccer equipment, concession and restroom facilities, paving and lighting, at
