twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish a high-

volume spay and neuter clinic in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

sixty million dollars ($60,000,000) to plan, design and construct improvements, including the

purchase of equipment, easements and modern streetcars, to the transit system feeder routes

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to plan, design and construct the Amistad youth

NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF FLAMENCO EXPANSION-ALB

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to acquire, plan, design, expand, improve and equip the

national institute of flamenco facility in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

RIO GRANDE BOTANICAL GARDENS INSECTARIUM

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design, construct, equip and furnish an insectarium

at the Rio Grande botanical gardens in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

SW MESA NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS DEVELOP-ALB

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan and design neighborhood parks in the southwest

mesa area of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

TOWER CMTY PARK/WESTGATE LITTLE LEAGUE IMPROVE

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to plan, design and construct the

Tower community park and Westgate little league field improvements, including ball fields,

irrigation, turf, lighting, a concession building and landscaping, in house district 13 in

Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

WEST CENTRAL/UNSER CORRIDOR LAND/STREETSCAPE/INFRA

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to acquire land for and make streetscape and infrastructure

improvements to Central avenue from Rio Grande boulevard west to the city limits and to

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to design and construct improvements to Westgate
