one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase and install equipment for the Mesquite

volunteer fire department in Dona Ana county

MESILLA VALLEY COMMUNITY OF HOPE CENTER CONSTRUCT

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to acquire land for, plan, design and construct the

Mesilla Valley community of hope in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county
