I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

CAPITAN SCHOOL BASEBALL FIELD CONSTRUCT, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

118 of Section 16 of Chapter 347 of Laws 2005 for a baseball field and recreational facilities

in Capitan shall not be expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to the public

education department to plan, design and construct a baseball field in the Capitan municipal

school district in Lincoln county.
